SPENCER turns 5

LEGO Birthday Party!
Spencer celebrated his 5th birthday with a LEGO blow out! Here is his special LEGO cake.

All the Boys including Abby had a great time trying to build the largest LEGO tower!
Presents were a big hit, he loved all the fun treasures that he got!
They dined on Pizza and cake a perfect combo for 5 year old boys! They are such a darling group of boys and we are so lucky to have such great little friends in the neighborhood! I can't believe that I actually have a 5 year old. Spencer is as sweet as he is spunky! He loves to play the Wii and build LEGO's with his dad. He still snugs me everyday and says the most hilarious things. He is the best little boy and like we tell him, I love you more than a zillion trillion special blankies!

Halloween time!

We had a fun Halloween! The kids of course loved the thrill of picking out pumpkins and decorating the house and choosing their costumes.
Spencer the Soldier man and his Nana Jane the Wizard, they make a great pair, Spencer sure loves being with his Nana!
We went trick or treating with Spencer's best friend Tank aka Spencer. They are so fun and they had a blast getting all their candy together!
These are the 2 cutest little kids in the world! Abby was precious in her little Minnie mouse costume and Spencer was one tough Soldier. Abby really got the hang of trick or treating, she loves her candy!
We did do our pumpkins as well, Spencer is showing off his masterpiece.

CALIFORNIA!

In October The Pugh Family went to Disneyland. We had so much fun, we went to the San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, visited Grandparents, and so much more! The highlight was Disneyland of course. Spencer was in heaven with all the rides. He rode everything including Tower of Terror. Abby loved the rides as well and I loved watching the kids be so happy and love the magic of Disneyland. Thank you to mom and dad for such a great vacation!
Spencer and Todd on a ride thumbs up, was always a sign of a good time!
The girls went to the princess breakfast and Abby was a beautiful Cinderella!

More to come.....

So we are still here and doing well. I am behind a million posts, but every time I think about doing one I realize how tired I am and aim for another night. Most of you already know but yes I am extra tired these days because I am PREGO. Baby number three is due this April. We are excited but I am struggling to keep up with life while throwing up and nausea has once again joined me for this pregnancy. We are thrilled to have a new baby in the house and all the blessings that come with children.
Spencer and Abby are still as darling as ever and have had a busy fall thus far. We have more to post but wanted everyone to know that we are doing well and thank you for all your love and well wishes. More to come.... sooner than later!

Abby Don Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
My Dad and Abby share the same Birthday, so we call August 7 Abby- Don day! We had a great party to celebrate our sweet Abby and wonderful father.

Abby and My Dad

My mom and the kiddos!

The best present ever! We got Abby a little kitchen to go down in the play house in the basement, thanks to my mom we have the cutest curtains and it is so fun for them to play in!

Aunt Lizzy was here from Michigan, yeah we love our Aunt Lizzy! She is always the kids favorite to play with when she is in town.

Spencer really enjoyed the food!

Make a wish you two!
I Love you both.
Abby has been the sweetest little thing to have in our home. She is just a little peanut, small and fun. She adores her big brother who she call "buddy", she loves to dress up and do all the things by herself. She loves her dad and her babies. I love her to pieces and she bring such a joy to my life. 2 years have flown by and I can't believe she is 2 but, I have loved every minute of it! I love you princess baby!

Hello..Goodbye...JULY!

Well we have had a very busy July and I have so many things to post. The month started when my parents came home from their three year mission for our church! Yeah so fun to have Nana and Papa home and living in Salt Lake!

Todd got sick and spent a few days in the hospital so that kept us worried and therefore had a very calm 4th. But, he is better than ever and we are grateful for that!

We then went to Seattle with all my siblings and parents for a little Pugh time! So much fun, I loved to see so many wonderful family and great friends. Bellevue has sure changed over the last few years feeling more like Seattle with all the new buildings! I miss it there but am happy to be home.

We unpacked my parents into their house in Salt Lake, have had many parties speaking engagements, dinners and family time.

Spencer just finished swim lessons and soccer camp ends today. We have done fireworks, pinatas, parades, water parks and projects all month long. So with school starting in a couple of weeks we are jammed pack with all kind of outside fun. I promised you house pictures and they are coming along with all the many other pictures so stay tuned! Love you all and thanks for making July so fun for us!

Messy Abby Baby!

This was a picture of Abby getting into the powdered sugar (round 2). She is always getting into everything. She just got herself a cup full of sugar and herself a little snack. She had what we call around here a "snack attack". We sure love here despite her tendency for a mess and sweet tooth.

Sunny Days are Here!

" If you need us we will be outside" said Spencer. It's that time of year and the kids are loving the freedom of being outside in the warm weather. So... like Spencer said to me if you need us we are outside!

Stuffing Already?!

Here is our little Abby in action. Abby is small but clever. She has figured out that if she takes things from her brother she has to quickly stuff it down her shirt to keep it safe. As you can see here she has stolen a "play saw" and putting it where know one can see. Sometimes we have surprises.... like when Todd came home from work he gave Abby a hug and felt something a little hard. He then discovered 7 yes 7 plastic spoons. I have changed her clothes and found a small hand full of Lego's etc. Hopefully this is not a glimpse into our future of kleptomania. She sure is cute, even if she steals and then hides the goods.

Rainbow Program

Today Spencer had his program at Preschool. I can't believe that his first year of preschool is over. He loves going to school and playing with his friends, doing projects and singing songs. It has been so rewarding for me to see him develop and watch his little personality grow. We are so proud of our little guy!

He is sitting next to his "BEST FRIEND "Spencer aka Tank. They are sure a cute pair of boys!Summer Days are now approaching!

COUNTDOWN

YEAH! The official Nana and Papa countdown calendar has reached a number I love. (1) So there is 1 month, 3 weeks, and 5 days until Nana and Papa are home from Pa. and playing with us all summer long! We are getting so excited! So keep us the hard work because it truly is coming to an end, we are so proud of your service to the lord and example for our children and hard work! Love your guts!

BeNeFiTs!

There are some real benefits from living across the street from an elementary school. The kids LOVE going over to the playground, even for 10 minutes and get those wiggles out. I love it too, yet another GREAT for our new neighborhood!

Daddy "Skillz!"

Who knew that Todd had such mowing skills! He can mow, hold Abby and entertain Spencer all at the same time, he is much more gifted than ever expected. I thought that I had skills when I am holding a baby, cooking dinner, talking on the phone, and dancing around to make Spencer laugh. But that being said, I love that Abby LOVES her daddy so much! She has used those big brown eyes and kisses to melt her daddy's heart. They are a cute pair!

MoVeD iN!

Well we are finally moved into the new house. There seems to be a million little and some big projects left to do, but we are feeling more and more settled as time goes by. This picture is for Nana Jane so she can see Abby in her dress. Thanks Nana and ignore Spencer's not so happy face! We will update with house pictures soon! Thank you for everyone's help with watching kids and for Aunt Lizzy who flew in to save the day! Thank you so much for all the help,I feel so blessed to have such great friends and family.

TUCKERED OUT

We have been really busy around here these last few weeks getting ready for the BIG move this weekend. Abby just couldn't take one more minute... and took to the floor for a nap, but of course still holding her balloon! She loves balloons and how could you not love this picture so precious.

PoTtTy PrObLeMs!

Exhibit A
We have reached the stage where our little boy Spencer thinks potty talk is SO funny. He is starting to make those oh so not funny mouth noises in public and saying all those shh potty words. Abby has also joined in the potty talk (literally) by continually putting things in the toilet. You have to watch her like hawk. With that being said ,It has been a long day of modifying behavior and tomorrow we will hopefully not have the same seen as seen in Exhibit A!
P.S. For all you Cougar fans you will enjoy that this is Spencer's Utah Sugar Bowl Shirt in the pot! (Don't tell his dad!!!)

Larson Update

I have updated for the most part what we have been up to, but that seems to only scratch the surface. We bought a house in Draper in December and we are currently finishing the basement, then we will be moving in the next month or so. It has been fun and busy trying to make all the decisions for the new house. While we have been busy with that ,my parents came to Salt Lake for about 5 weeks to have a procedure done for my dad. It was fun to see them, but hard to see your dad sick, mom stressed and their mission wanting them back quickly. But, they were blessed and they returned last week to PA. My dad is doing great and happy to be back and finishing their last 5 months of the mission! We have seen all my sibling at some point this month and played with many friends. We love you all and appreciate everything that you do to make my life and my families life so full of joy and love. We will be better about keeping the posts up to date and pictures of the house coming soon!

Valentine Rain Boots

Happy Valentine's Day!
Todd and I celebrated Valentine's day and our 7 year anniversary by going to New York. We went to plays, movies, dinners and shopped. We loved being together and having fun kid free time. Thank you, Thank you Krista for being Super Aunt! But, for the kids we have a tradition of going to build a bear and then they got special Rain Boots. They have been wearing them everywhere. I send all my love to you all this Valentines!
XOXO

Abby's First Haircut!

Yes this is the before picture of Abby's First Haircut! She has always had so much hair and she needed a little trim to make things even. She loved the car she got to sit in, and was happy the whole time, she just tickles me.
Mid-way through, she is pointing in the mirror thinking she looked cute too!

Ta-Daa!
She is such a little sweet-heart! I love that she has a lot of hair for her age, it is so fun to put up and fuss with bows and curls etc.

Grandma Pugh

One of the many things that have happened over the past month or two is the passing of my Grandma. She died at the age of 97 and lived a full and amazing life. I have learned so many great stories and talents about my grandparents over the last few weeks it makes me proud of my heritage and eager to strive to follow in their paths of righteous living! I will miss taking the children to visit Grandma but I know she is happy to be with Grandpa. Her passing was one of those tender mercies from the Lord that will remain a spiritual experience and a reminder of our love our Heavenly Father has on his children!

Santa Balls

Grandma Lala never disappoints with Santa Balls! The kids loved them just as much as I did when I was there age. We had a blast unwinding all that tissue paper and collecting all the fun prizes inside!
This was the aftermath!

Christmas Did Happen!

I know Christmas was so last year, but for journaling purposes I need to catch up! We had a fun Christmas this year. The kids were at the perfect ages for it to me magical and memorable. Santa was very good to all of us! One of the highlights was that Aunt Lizzy and Uncle Jose came to our house to celebrate! Christmas Eve I made a family BINGO nativity game, it was a hit and something that will be our new tradition!
Spencer's favorite present: Joker Smashing Car!

Abby was so cute looking at everything and she loved the pirate ship filled with balls!

There is nothing better than this classic photo of Lizzy and Jose in their Christmas pj's. I still laugh as I pictured the two of them in their too tight, too awesome jams. Love you guys and thanks for coming to share the holidays with us!
