Motorcycle Madness

When we were coming home from the Carter's baby blessing we saw this scary/funny/wild/skeleton man on I-15. I had to take a picture it was to classic. I was just glad that it was not night time and I was driving because it scared me just enough in the day light in the passenger seat. I did love his enthusiasm for his bike though!

Easter Fun

SO PROUD AND HIS HANDS WERE DIED GREEN FOR SEVERAL HOURS!
Todd and the kids EASTER morning collecting eggs!

Cute Little Abby in her favorite chair watching Spencer decorate eggs!

We had a great Easter. It was an unexpected fun day for all of us. They bunny was extra kind and hid candy eggs and had baskets full of toys and surprises! We went to Lucy's baby blessing which was perfect. We had a great dinner with all the fixings and decorated eggs and visited Great Grandma Pugh. We loved being together as our little family and enjoying this wonderful holiday!

Sneaky Binky Pocket!

So my little Spencer is one funny kid. I have a million stories about him and the funny things that he says and does. I got an email from his sunbeam teacher and she began to tell me the stories and events of primary in Sunday. It started when she was beginning to teach her lesson on "I love and care for Fish" that the boys in the classroom decided they needed to go to the bathroom. Spencer who is still in diapers wanted to go as well. So she took all of them into the bathroom and everyone did their business and Spencer decided he wanted to go. Next thing she knew he had pants down and diaper off ready for business. She sat him on the toilet and nothing happened. But he pushed and groaned, washed his hands, did his "I did it" dance and that was the end of the potty. So if nothing else I may potty train him with friends he seems to cave under peer pressure:)

As they came back into the classroom she noticed that Spencer had a binky in his mouth. She thought it was a little odd but did not bother to take it out. I went and picked Spencer up and we went home and had a good Sunday with naps, snacks and a picnic in the toy room floor. I got this email from my friend about the events in Sunbeams and I asked Spencer "Where did you get a binky from?" he said " Mom it is from my sneaky binky pocket."I asked him what that was and he continued to show me his church pants. In them he had snuck a binky in his pocket. He officially named his church pants sneaky binky pocket. I love that he put the binky in his pocket without me seeing and that he put it back in his pocket without me seeing as well. I too would call it the sneaky binky pocket!

It is hard for little kids to grow up get rid of binkys and go on the big boy potty. If he had it his way he would be Peter Pan the boy who never grew up. But, he is the cutest boy in town and the sweetest. And his scripture power song is powerful in both spirit and voice level! You gotta love him!

TAGGED I'M IT

Well I have been tagged thank you Alissa. I am supposed to tell you 5 things that you may not know about me. I have picked my brain and I hope that the majority if you find these facts undiscovered mysteries, explanations and interesting facts about me.
1. I have a gift that only my Dad and I share in my family, and that is we share a superpower. My dad and I out of the blue will think about someone or dream about someone that we may have not seen for weeks, months or even years, and then we will have some kind of contact with that person. We will see them at the store , airport, or get an e-mail or phone call. So it continually shocks me whenever this happens. But like Spidermans wise Uncle Ben said "Remember with great power comes great responsibilty." So I take my inclings serious and when I feel like my superpower is coming into action I know that there is a greater reason and I should act accordingly and do what I am needed to do. So please don't question me when I tell you I am going to run into my old college boyfriends... it will happen it is my spidey senses.
2. I always have fresh flowers in my kitchen. My mom always had fresh flowers in the kitchen and she would tell me it makes the house feel like home with flowers, and it does. So everyweek I get a new bunch and put them in a old large canning jar of Todd's grandmothers. I love to look at them in that jar reminding me of grandma lancaster and her love, hardwork and tenderness to me and to remind me of my mom who I love and with or without flowers she made our house a home with her fun, spirit, and dedication to us!
3. I enjoy re-arranging furniture. I love to decorate and I will move things around often and find the best placement etc. It will amaze you at how many different places I can put a couch :)
4. Every year before I had try outs for Track in High School, I would have the same dream. I would dream that I would forget how to run . I would be on the track and I couldn't run as hard as I tried or as much as I would think about it.The dream still haunts me just thinking about it.
5. Most of my family is aware of this but I am a horrible singer, but I am able to remember the words to songs easily. Often I will be in the car with my brothers and they will flip from station to station to see if I know the song that is on. It is amazing but 8 out of 10 times I do. Only if I could remember scriptures, math and more important things than power ballads from the 80's. But even though I sing horribly as my mom says, " I make up for it in enthusiasm" and you wonder where Spencer gets it!!!!
So there you have it! More than anyone ever wanted to know about Noozer. I tag Melly, Krista, Shannon and Cami! I am expecting your 5 facts soon ladies. Love you!

VAMPIRE LOVE

Okay so I have been horrible with my posting lately and I will be better I have tons of catching up to do. But I have to update everyone with my new obsession of Vampire Love. Some of you may think I am crazy but you can't knock it until you have read it. Yes ladies and gentlemen I read a book an adult book with no pictures, no celebrity mentions, and it was over 500 pages of pure delight. I do not enjoy reading but I decided that I was going to read the book "Twilight" because everyone was saying how amazing it was. And, I loved every teen love vampire moment. I actually read the book in a day while taking care of two kids. So, I gathered toys, snacks, drinks and a movie and we piled into my bed and they played all day and I read. I have had much better mothering days but I was an addict I could not stop reading. Currently I am sending my Todd to the store to get the second book in the series, he came back successful with "New Moon". I am trying to ease myself into this and try not to neglect my family and friends as I get swallowed up into wishing I was Bella for a day. But I have scared myself recently with all of my sudden adult behavior. I have found that I am also obsessed about politics, health care, and the view. I have always been a little obsessive compulsive so we will see if reading is added to my list. So I am off to another night of Vampire LOVE!!!
